CREMÁ

BACKGROUND

Cremá is an éclair and coffee spot at the heart of Depo food mall. It was created by Mesrop Dovtyan, the man behind Del Parco, Novator, and Praktika Coffee. Cremá’s coffee is brewed from proprietary roasted beans, and twice a day the spot has a delivery of fresh artisanal eclairs whose recipes were created by the prominent pastry chef Saba Janjgava.

OBJECTIVE

To use the visual identity and its elements to create an image of a contemporary café where people come for fresh French eclairs created by the “King of Eclairs” and authentic specialty coffee.

RELEASE

2018

We chose the romantic powder pink as the main brand color. The logo with a flourish and specialty fonts used throughout evoke the aesthetics of French pastry shops.

Pattern

The pattern designed for the packaging creates recognizable graphic environment. The shop sign, paper cups, badges, the arrangement of packages on the café’s open shelving – all of them work to establish a memorable CREMÁ image.

The pattern provided a blueprint not just for the packaging, but for the café’s overall style. It was used to design more than 50 types of printed and other materials

All the visual identity elements were integrated with the environment of Depo, Europe’s largest food mall.
